Elana LOVES a cappella music and has been singing in a cappella groups since 1999. In college she helped create the UCSD "Dots" and in grad school the UC Davis "Spokes." When she graduated from grad school she began teaching Chemistry, but missed the music. It would take a year or so, but eventually she would join "Rapid Transit," a group that has splintered into some of the best of bay area a cappella including "Tonic Effect," "Halfway to Midnight", and of course this past year's national champions, "Business Casual."
